Our Staff
Jack Karlin
Karlin Consulting LLC’s principal, Jack’s background is in water science and policy. He maintains his Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) certification since 2022.
In 2023, he was appointed by U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack to the USDA Specialty Crops Subcommittee and became its first turfgrass professional chair.
In 2019, he co-chaired the Water Budget and Technical Standards Sub-Committee for the MWELO update recommendations.
